🎯 Define your goals

You could then introduce them to your latest environmentally friendly product.

Take the opportunity to actively network. Approach people, introduce yourself and show interest in their activities. Remember that networking is a give and take. So always offer value as well. For example, you could tell a potential customer about a problem your product solves and offer to tell them more about it in a one-on-one conversation.

🎁 Offer an incentive

To attract the attention of potential customers, you can offer them an incentive. This can be a free sample of your product, a discount or an invitation to an exclusive event. The incentive should be designed to capture the interest of your target audience and motivate them to contact you. Example: You could offer a discount code for your product that is only valid at the trade show.

📝 Follow up after the event on

After the event is before the event. Write a personal message to the people you met, thank them for the conversation and offer to continue the conversation. This way you will be remembered and build a relationship that can lead to successful customer acquisition. Example: You could write an email thanking them for the interesting conversation and suggesting a date for another meeting.
